Cardiac Sonographer

MedStar Health is looking for an experienced Cardiac Sonographer to join our team of medical professionals. The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, team-oriented individual with excellent patient-care skills. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to interact with patients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.The ideal candidate must have an Associate’s degree in a related field, such as diagnostic medical sonography, and be certified as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the ARDMS or CCI. The successful candidate will also have a minimum of one year of experience in a cardiac sonography setting and have a working knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent patient care in a professional and courteous manner.

3. Ensure patient satisfaction by delivering superior patient care.

7. Assist with the preparation of patient documentation and reports.
