1. Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of patients.
2. Develop personalized treatment plans based on the individual needs of each patient.
3. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of mental health issues.
4. Monitor and track progress of patients throughout the course of treatment.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
7. Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies.
