- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health and substance abuse needs using evidence-based practices.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans for patients, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited Program.
Current Lcswc (Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical) License In The State Of Maryland.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Providing Counseling And Therapy Services In A Behavioral Health Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Mental Health Disorders.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Maintain Professional Boundaries With Clients.
