Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Audiologist to join the MedStar Health team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a passion for helping patients and a commitment to providing excellent care. The Audiologist will be responsible for conducting hearing assessments, diagnosing hearing loss, and providing treatment and counseling for patients. To be successful in this role, you must possess a master's degree in Audiology or a related field, as well as a valid license to practice Audiology in the state of Maryland. In addition, you should have experience with hearing aid selection, fitting, and repair, as well as knowledge of the latest hearing aid technology. The ability to work with a variety of patients, good communication skills, and a patient-centered approach are also essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct hearing assessments and diagnose hearing loss.
  2. Provide treatment and counseling for patients.
  3. Select, fit, and repair hearing aids.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest hearing aid technology.
  5. Work with a variety of patients.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients.
  7. Maintain a patient-centered approach.
  8. Adhere to professional standards and compliance regulations.
