Assistant Nursing Director, Operating Room

The Assistant Nursing Director, Operating Room, will be expected to ensure that all operating room staff are well trained, competent, and knowledgeable of our policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be a driven and dedicated leader who is committed to providing a positive and safe environment for patients and staff. Required qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field• 5+ years of nursing experience in the operating room• Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland• Knowledge of operating room procedures, processes, and regulations• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating operational policies and procedures• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety• Ability to effectively communicate with staff, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team• Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks appropriately• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
