Valid Paramedic Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Paramedic Certification From An Accredited Institution Or Program.
Current State Licensure: A Valid State License To Practice As A Paramedic Must Be Held By The Candidate, In Good Standing And Without Any Disciplinary Actions.
Acls And Pals Certification: The Candidate Must Be Certified In Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) And Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals).
Minimum Experience: A Minimum Of Two Years Of Experience As A Paramedic In An Als Setting Is Required.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
