1. Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in an acute care setting.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
4. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their current level of functioning and identify areas for improvement.
