- Maintain Records and Documentation: It will be the responsibility of the Specialist to accurately maintain all records and documentation related to workers' compensation claims, including medical records, insurance information, and communication logs.
- Conduct Training and Education: The Specialist may be required to conduct training sessions and provide educational materials to employees and managers on workers' compensation policies and procedures.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Workers Compensation Claims Management.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Workers Compensation Laws And Regulations.
