1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential vendors to ensure a reliable supply of quality products.

3. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
4. Implement and maintain vendor management processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

6. Analyze and report on key metrics and trends to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
