  1. Configure and maintain the SAP system for Medline Industries, ensuring it meets the business needs and supports efficient operations.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge of SAP modules to make necessary configurations and enhancements to the system.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  4. Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  5. Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements to optimize the performance of the SAP system.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP releases and updates, and provide recommendations for their implementation.
  8. Lead and participate in testing activities for system upgrades and new implementations.
  9. Train and support end-users on SAP functionality and best practices.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  11. Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of new SAP functionalities.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to SAP configuration and share knowledge with the team.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and data protection standards.
  14. Participate in project planning and execution, providing expertise and insights on SAP configuration and enhancements.
  15. Continuously monitor and maintain the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data within the SAP system.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sap Configuration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Configuring Various Sap Modules, Such As Sd, Mm, Pp, Fi/Co, And Wm. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap Best Practices And Be Able To Customize The System To Meet Business Needs.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Sap Configuration Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Complex Business Processes And Translating Them Into Efficient Sap Solutions. They Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Medline's Business Processes: Medline Industries Is A Large And Diverse Organization, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Its Business Processes And Operations. This Includes Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, And Sales And Distribution Processes.

  • Project Management Experience: The Senior Sap Configuration Analyst Will Often Lead Or Be A Key Member Of Cross-Functional Project Teams, Working Closely With Business Stakeholders, Technical Teams, And External Consultants. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Projects, Including Scoping, Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Senior Sap Configuration Analyst Will Be Required To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders, As Well As Collaborate With Team Members And External Partners.
