  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for patient repositioning and offloading products.
  2. Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  4. Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes and results.
  6. Train and mentor junior quality assurance team members.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards pertaining to medical products.
  8. Lead and participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  9. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and improve overall product performance.
  10. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
  11. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products meet quality standards.
  12. Participate in product design and development reviews to identify potential quality issues.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all quality assurance activities.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Engineering Principles And Methodologies: A Senior Quality Engineer For Patient Repositioning And Offloading At Medline Industries Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Quality Engineering Concepts Such As Statistical Process Control, Root Cause Analysis, And Quality Improvement Techniques.

  • Experience In The Medical Device Industry: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Patient Repositioning And Offloading Products. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Relevant Industry Guidelines.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: As A Senior Quality Engineer, The Ability To Identify And Solve Complex Quality Problems Is Crucial. Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Using Data-Driven Approaches To Identify Issues And Implement Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: This Role Will Involve Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Providing Guidance And Support To Junior Engineers, And Communicating With External Stakeholders. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Leadership Skills.

  • Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Discipline Related To Quality Engineering, Is Typically Required For This Position. Relevant Certifications, Such As Six Sigma Or Asq, May Also Be Beneficial.
