- Present recommendations and progress updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement technology solutions to improve processes.
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with process changes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for process improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Process Analysis And Improvement In A Manufacturing Or Distribution Environment.
Proficient In Process Mapping And Using Tools Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Kaizen To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Root Causes And Develop Effective Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings And Recommendations To Senior Leadership.
