  10. Mentor junior analysts: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior financial analysts to support their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Analysis And Planning, Preferably In An Operations Or Manufacturing Environment.

  • Advanced Excel Skills And Experience With Financial Modeling And Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Financial Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
