Job Description

Medline is looking for a high performing Regional Sales Manager who is driven to push the boundaries and can thrive in this exciting culture. A Regional Manager is a unique position at Medline that is a combination of sales rep and manager. Calling on the post-acute care market including long-term care facilities, home health and hospice agencies and medical equipment providers. Developing meaningful relationships with new customers and deepening relationships with existing ones. Cold calling and prospecting to develop new business opportunities. The Regional Manager is also responsible to recruit, hire and develop each individual representative in the organization to ensure we have the best sales team within our peer group and insure the success of each sales rep within their division. The RM is chartered with providing strategic leadership that supports Medline’s corporate strategy to division’s sales team.

Job Qualifications
