  1. Conducting quality control tests and inspections on personal care products to ensure they meet industry and company standards.
  2. Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain consistency and effectiveness in product quality.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  4. Analyzing data and providing reports on product quality performance to management.
  5. Conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
  6. Staying up-to-date on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in all quality control processes.
  7. Conducting supplier audits and managing relationships with external vendors to ensure quality materials and components.
  8. Training and educating employees on quality control processes and procedures.
  9. Participating in new product development and providing input on design for quality considerations.
  10. Identifying areas for continuous improvement and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  11. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control processes and procedures.
  12. Communicating with customers and addressing any quality concerns or inquiries.
  13. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Upholding the company's values and commitment to providing high-quality products to customers.
  15. Continuously seeking ways to improve and enhance personal skills and knowledge in quality control and assurance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Quality Engineer In Personal Care At Medline Industries Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field To Have A Strong Foundation In Technical Skills And Knowledge.

  • Experience In Quality Assurance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In The Personal Care Industry. This Experience Will Enable Them To Understand The Quality Standards And Regulations Specific To The Industry.

  • Strong Attention To Detail: Quality Is Of Utmost Importance In The Personal Care Industry, And Even The Slightest Deviation From Standards Can Have Significant Consequences. A Quality Engineer Should Have Excellent Attention To Detail To Ensure That All Products Meet The Required Quality Standards.
