- Conduct quality control inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and investigate any product defects or non-conformities, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain quality documentation, including test plans, reports, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for quality issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve quality processes.
- Train and educate employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Participate in product development and design reviews to ensure quality is built into the product from the start.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality of materials and components.
- Lead and participate in quality audits, both internal and external.
- Communicate with customers and address any quality concerns or complaints.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the company's quality program.
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality standards and procedures, providing guidance and support to colleagues and teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Proficiency In Quality Management Systems Such As Iso 13485, Fda Regulations, And Cgmp.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Implement Corrective And Preventive Actions.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
