  1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify current and future trends in the laboratory industry.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences in order to inform product development strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and marketing, to develop and execute product plans.
  4. Create and manage product roadmaps, including setting goals, timelines, and budgets.

  6. Identify and analyze product opportunities, risks, and potential roadblocks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  7. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  8. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch evaluation.
  9. Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for product improvement.
  10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies.
  11. Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in laboratory products and technologies.
  13. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements for product development and launch.
  14. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product development processes.
  15. Mentor and coach junior team members and provide guidance on product management best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Laboratory Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Equipment And Supplies, As Well As Industry Trends And Regulations.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Projects And Meet Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Customers And Stakeholders.
