  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as potential new clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for further business development.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both Medline and the client.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and use insights to inform future sales strategies.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and timely resolution of any issues.
  10. Represent Medline at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote our products and services and network with potential clients.
  11. Mentor and guide junior account management team members, providing support and sharing best practices to drive individual and team success.
  12. Uphold Medline's core values and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Account Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing National Accounts, Achieving Sales Targets, And Developing Strong Client Relationships.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Market And Industry Trends, Including Knowledge Of Key Players And Competitors.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field; Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Is A Plus.
