- Conduct laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently to support the development and production of high-quality medical products and services.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Record and analyze test data, prepare reports, and present findings to management for review.
- Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during testing.
- Adhere to all safety and quality control protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
- Continuously review and improve laboratory processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on new laboratory techniques and technologies to contribute to the advancement of laboratory operations.
- Assist in the training and supervision of new laboratory technicians to ensure proper techniques and procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all laboratory activities and results.
- Actively participate in team meetings and provide input for process improvement and problem-solving.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Uphold the company's mission and values in all aspects of work.
Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Company.
Proficiency In Various Laboratory Techniques And Equipment, Including But Not Limited To Microscopy, Spectrophotometry, And Pipetting.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Record And Analyze Data.
Knowledge Of Good Laboratory Practices (Glp) And Experience Working In A Regulated Environment, Such As Fda Or Iso.
