  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company's goals and values.
  2. Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent and ensure a diverse workforce.
  3. Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  4. Plan and execute employee development and training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  5. Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
  6. Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.
  7. Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Administer employee benefits and compensation plans, including payroll processing.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
  11. Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts to promote a positive and respectful work environment.
  12. Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
  13. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and HR practices.
  14. Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and fostering a positive company culture.
  15. Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Generalist Role

  • Ability To Handle Confidential And Sensitive Information With Discretion And Professionalism.
