- Utilize expertise in engineering to analyze and identify areas for improvement in existing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure their successful integration.
- Conduct research and gather data to support process improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation of engineering processes and procedures.
- Train and educate team members on updated processes and procedures.
- Monitor and track process performance to identify areas for further improvement.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of engineering processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve engineering processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering department.

- Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate into process improvement plans.
- Participate in meetings and presentations related to engineering processes and initiatives.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in all engineering processes.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Process Improvement Or Engineering Role.
Knowledge Of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies And Process Improvement Techniques.
