Job Description

Works with Information Services partners to ensure accurate definition of technical requirements and fulfillment of assigned projects. Proactively researches and tests new technologies and infrastructure upgrades which includes planning, testing, and implementing minor and major upgrades of the SCCM, VMware Horizon, and Workspace ONE infrastructures in coordination with other IS Engineering teams. Proactively reviews and resolves assigned escalated trouble tickets from End-User Services or IS engineering teams to ensure maximum uptime and productivity. Also, effectively documents and communicates the resolution of problems to IS partners as appropriate.​ Creates and updates technical documentation to be used by End-User Services and Systems Engineering teams. Works with Information Services partners to ensure branch equipment is compliant as per IS security operations policies.

Job Qualifications
  • 2+Years: Installing and supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktops and Windows 2008/​2012 servers.​

  • Experience supporting a VMware Horizon/View environment is a plus

  • 1+ Years: Implementing and supporting Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
