This includes developing and implementing quality control processes, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the medical device industry, as well as a thorough understanding of DME, Capital, and Furnishings products.   • Develop and implement quality control processes for DME, Capital, and Furnishings products to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to DME, Capital, and Furnishings products and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess and improve the effectiveness of quality control processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and participate in external audits as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate quality-related issues and updates to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all products meet safety and efficacy standards and are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain quality-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Train and educate employees on quality control processes and industry regulations.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Participate in the development and review of new product designs to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet quality goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential quality risks and issues.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of quality-related budgets.
  • Represent the company in quality-related matters with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
