  3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance monitoring program to proactively identify and address any areas of risk.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to implement and maintain compliance measures and initiatives.
  5. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and provide recommendations for necessary updates and actions.
  6. Review and analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to compliance, and report findings to management.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  8. Serve as a resource for employees to address any compliance-related questions or concerns.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and reports.
  10. Make recommendations for improvements to compliance processes and procedures.
  11. Communicate with regulatory agencies and respond to any inquiries or requests for information.
  12. Proactively identify potential areas of non-compliance and work with management to address and resolve them.
  13. Participate in internal and external compliance audits.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle any sensitive compliance issues with professionalism and discretion.
  15. Continuously review and improve the company's compliance program to ensure effectiveness and alignment with industry best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Compliance Monitoring, Auditing, Or Risk Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards, Such As Hipaa, Fda, And Iso.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks.

  • Proven Experience In Conducting Audits And Developing Compliance Monitoring Programs.
