- Participate in internal and external compliance audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle any sensitive compliance issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Continuously review and improve the company's compliance program to ensure effectiveness and alignment with industry best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Compliance Monitoring, Auditing, Or Risk Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards, Such As Hipaa, Fda, And Iso.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks.
Proven Experience In Conducting Audits And Developing Compliance Monitoring Programs.
