In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and increase market share within our various distribution channels. - Develop and implement channel-specific marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase market share for Medline Industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand the needs and goals of each distribution channel.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives tailored to each channel's target audience and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within each distribution channel.
- Provide guidance and support to channel partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing efforts.
- Conduct regular market research and gather customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify potential areas for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and apply them to continuously improve Medline's channel marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and ROI to management.
- Manage the channel marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired results.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Medline Industries, representing the company's values and mission in all channel marketing efforts.
- Train and mentor junior marketing team members and provide support and guidance as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Channel Marketing, Preferably In The Medical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs In The Medical Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Creating And Executing Successful Channel Marketing Strategies To Drive Sales And Increase Market Share.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams, External Partners, And Customers.
