- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts through analysis of historical data, market trends, and customer insights
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify and address any potential shortages or excesses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, production, and procurement to ensure timely delivery of products
- Coordinate production and distribution processes to meet demand and optimize efficiency
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues or delays
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on supply chain strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, production schedules, and delivery timelines
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on supply chain operations
- Train and mentor junior supply planning team members to ensure a high level of performance and growth within the department.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Supply Planning Or Inventory Management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Supply Chain Issues.
Proficiency In Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers.
