
Office Administrator
This position will be focusing on general assistant tasks as well as some accounting, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Prepare and reconcile month end closing reports for billing and work-in-process, including custom reports for management. Receiving packages, sorting mail, deliveries. Manage, maintain and organize daily office operations Plan and manage company events and special projects. Manage and coordinate conference room usage along with equipment and catering needs. Manage inventory of office and facility supplies and maintain supply closets. Maintain tidiness of conference rooms, kitchen, and common areas. Build and maintain great relationships with staff at all levels. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
One year of experience working as an office assistant or equivalent experience working in an office environment.
Experience working in a busy office setting with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
