Data Analyst

We’re looking for a data analyst who will be responsible for partnering with our product, engineering and other teams to provide the facts needed to make better decisions and a well thought point of view to help us to better serve our customers. Create internal dashboards to monitor the health of the product and business KPIs (growth, revenue, engagement). Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports to support business needs, investigate, triage and resolve metrics-based issues without heavy guidance. When necessary, build models in systems that help us better measure and understand the results of experiments or user flows. Provide access to data through dashboards and other analytical tools to empower through self-service. Look for opportunities to automate insights through alerting and anomaly detection. Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources.
