Job Description

Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. Responsible for maintaining the medical and imaging equipment database and creating and following up on work orders related to the servicing of medical/ imaging devices. Creates work orders and assigns to the proper technician, immediately updates the end user with status changes. Responds to corrective work orders follow up request in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Is expected to make recommendations for process improvement changes to enhance the access control process as the need arises. Responsible for the verification of training and the security access setup for specified applications or systems, and relaying user id/passwords to the user, per defined protocol.
