Responsibilities: • Develop and implement innovative workforce management strategies to maximize resources and optimize performance and productivity. • Analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to promote employee engagement. • Lead the recruitment process for new hires, including screening and interviewing candidates. • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to ensure goals and objectives are met. • Prepare and manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds. • Monitor and review employee policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement training programs and initiatives. • Maintain a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication and creating a culture of respect and collaboration. • Remain up-to-date on the latest industry trends, best practices, and technology.
