  1. Identify and assess potential risks associated with our vendors and their services/products.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and protocols to mitigate identified risks.
  3. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
  4. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential new vendors to ensure they meet our company's standards and requirements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain effective vendor management processes and procedures.
  6. Communicate and escalate any potential risks or issues to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure open and transparent communication.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to continuously improve our vendor risk management processes.
  9. Conduct regular audits and reviews of vendor risk management processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Train and educate internal teams on vendor risk management policies and procedures.
  11. Assist in the negotiation and development of contracts with vendors to ensure risk mitigation measures are included.
  12. Prepare and present reports on vendor risk management to senior management and other stakeholders.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on vendor risk management and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  14. Proactively identify potential areas of risk and develop contingency plans to minimize the impact on our operations.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vendor risk management activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Vendor Risk Management Or Third-Party Risk Management

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices For Vendor Risk Management

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Assess And Mitigate Potential Risks
