McKinsey & Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vendor Risk Specialist to join our dynamic team.   1. Develop and implement vendor risk management strategies and policies to ensure the security and success of clients.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments of potential and current vendors to identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Proactively monitor vendor performance and identify potential risks or issues that may impact the organization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure vendors comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  5. Create and maintain a comprehensive vendor risk register and regularly report on the status of vendor risks to senior management.
  6. Conduct due diligence on potential vendors to evaluate their capabilities, financial stability, and potential risks to the organization.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related inquiries.
  8. Communicate and enforce vendor contract terms and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to vendor risk management and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on vendor risk management processes and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement vendor risk management improvement initiatives.
  12. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and identify opportunities for leveraging technology to enhance vendor risk management processes.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on vendor risk management and provide guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve vendor risk management processes to ensure they align with industry standards and best practices.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
