Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Third Party Risk Manager to join our team at McKinsey & Company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with third party relationships across our firm.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive third party risk management program for the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on potential and existing third party relationships, identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, procurement, and business units, to evaluate and monitor third party relationships and ensure alignment with company policies and standards.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with third party vendors, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements.
  5. Monitor and report on the performance of third party relationships, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements related to third party risk management, and make recommendations for improvements to the program as needed.
  7. Train and educate employees on third party risk management policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to them throughout the organization.
  8. Lead and manage a team of risk analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  9. Effectively communicate and collaborate with senior leadership on the status of third party risk management efforts and any emerging risks.
  10. Continuously assess and improve the company's overall third party risk profile and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  11. Develop and maintain a network of external resources and experts to support the company's third party risk management efforts.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams within the company on third party risk management matters.
