  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to manage third-party risks and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments and due diligence on third-party vendors to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for all third-party risk-related inquiries and provide guidance to stakeholders on risk management best practices.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party vendors and escalate any issues or concerns to senior management.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to third-party risk management and make recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Develop and conduct training programs to educate employees on third-party risk management policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to third-party risk assessments and mitigation efforts.
  9. Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members on third-party risk management matters.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of tools and technology to streamline the third-party risk management process.
  12. Participate in regular risk management meetings and provide updates on third-party risk activities and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Risk Management, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In The Field. This Should Include Experience In Identifying And Assessing Potential Risks, Developing Risk Management Strategies, And Implementing Risk Mitigation Plans.

  • Knowledge Of Third Party Risk Management: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Third Party Risk Management, Including Best Practices, Industry Standards, And Regulatory Requirements. This Should Include Experience In Conducting Due Diligence On Third Party Vendors, Managing Vendor Relationships, And Monitoring And Reporting On Vendor Performance.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Of A Third Party Risk Manager At Mckinsey & Company Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Potential Risks, And Develop Effective Solutions. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Third Party Risk Manager, The Candidate Will Have To Work Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams, Clients, And Third Party Vendors. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building And Maintaining Relationships, As Well As For Effectively Communicating Risks And Mitigation Plans To Stakeholders.

  • Proven Project Management Experience: The Third Party Risk Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects And Initiatives Simultaneously. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects, Including Planning, Organizing, And Coordinating Tasks And Resources, As Well As Meeting Deadlines And Delivering Results.
