- Develop and implement a comprehensive third party risk management framework to identify, assess, and monitor risks associated with our third party relationships.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential third party vendors and suppliers to ensure they meet McKinsey & Company's standards for risk mitigation.
- Regularly review and update existing third party risk policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, procurement, and finance, to establish and maintain effective third party risk management processes.
- Monitor and assess changes in the risk landscape and proactively identify and address potential risks that could impact McKinsey & Company's operations.
- Develop and deliver training and educational programs to increase awareness and understanding of third party risk management across the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits of third party vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with established risk management policies and procedures.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all third party risk-related inquiries and escalations, and provide expert guidance and recommendations to address any issues.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of third party risk management activities and any identified risks.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the third party risk management program and make recommendations for enhancements or improvements as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Financial Services Industry.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance And Risk Management Frameworks (E.g. Iso 27001, Nist, Etc.).
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Third Party Relationships And Mitigating Risks.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Develop Effective Risk Management Strategies.
