1. Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand the current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
3. Develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies and solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
4. Create and deliver impactful presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients at all levels.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain solutions and track progress towards achieving desired outcomes.
6. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes.
7. Actively participate in client meetings and workshops to gather requirements, provide insights and recommendations, and build relationships.
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented supply chain solutions and make adjustments as needed.
9. Mentor and train junior team members on supply chain concepts and methodologies.
10. Contribute to thought leadership by participating in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and developing intellectual property.
11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent McKinsey & Company's values in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
12. Travel to client sites as needed to support project delivery and build strong relationships with clients.
