- Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand the current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies and solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients at all levels.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain solutions and track progress towards achieving desired outcomes.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes.
- Actively participate in client meetings and workshops to gather requirements, provide insights and recommendations, and build relationships.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented supply chain solutions and make adjustments as needed.
- Mentor and train junior team members on supply chain concepts and methodologies.
- Contribute to thought leadership by participating in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and developing intellectual property.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent McKinsey & Company's values in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Travel to client sites as needed to support project delivery and build strong relationships with clients.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Roles, Preferably In A Consulting Or Corporate Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Technologies And Tools, Such As Erp Systems, Supply Chain Planning Software, And Data Analytics.
