- Develop and implement security operations and resilience strategies for McKinsey & Company and its clients.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to the firm's and clients' security.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide customized solutions.
- Monitor and analyze security data and incidents, and take proactive measures to prevent and mitigate risks.
- Lead crisis management efforts and coordinate response plans in the event of a security incident.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security operations and resilience.
- Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures.
- Conduct security audits and make recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate security updates and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and partners.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Respond to security incidents and conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into business processes and systems.
- Participate in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Stay informed about emerging security threats and recommend appropriate actions.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Or Risk Management.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Security Operations, Incident Response, And/Or Business Resilience Within A Large And Complex Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Security Frameworks, Regulations, And Industry Standards (E.g. Nist, Iso, Gdpr) And Their Application To Business Operations.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Security Policies, Procedures, And Controls To Mitigate Risks And Ensure Compliance.
Ability To Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Senior Leadership, And Provide Strategic Guidance On Security And Resilience Matters.
