- Develop and implement security and resilience strategies to protect the firm and its clients from potential risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure that security and resilience measures are integrated into all aspects of the firm's operations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security and resilience trends and technologies to continuously improve the firm's practices.
- Monitor and analyze security data and reports to identify any potential threats or breaches.
- Design and implement emergency response plans and procedures for the firm and its clients.
- Train and educate employees on security best practices and procedures.
- Coordinate with external security and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the firm has access to the best security and resilience resources.
- Communicate and report security and resilience updates and incidents to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the firm's security and resilience protocols.
- Act as a point of contact for any security or resilience-related inquiries from clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead and manage a team of security and resilience professionals.
- Foster a culture of safety and security awareness within the firm.
Extensive Experience In Security Operations And Resilience: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Mitigating Security Risks, As Well As Implementing Resilience Strategies In Complex Environments.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Current Security And Resilience Best Practices, Including Frameworks Such As Iso 27001 And Nist Cybersecurity Framework.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Security And Resilience Data To Identify Vulnerabilities And Develop Effective Risk Management Strategies.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Security And Resilience Strategies To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, As Well As Provide Clear And Concise Recommendations To Senior Leadership.
