Job Description

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and resilience of our firm, as well as that of our clients.   1. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and resilience of the firm and its clients.
  2. Monitor and analyze security risks and threats, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a robust security strategy.
  4. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging security technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to colleagues on security-related issues.
  7. Communicate security updates and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Coordinate with external security vendors and partners to ensure the firm's security needs are met.
  9. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing remediation measures.
  10. Develop and deliver training programs to promote security awareness and best practices among employees.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security incidents, policies, and procedures.
  14. Represent the firm in security-related meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  15. Uphold the firm's values of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all security operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Information Security, Risk Management, Or Incident Response.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standard Security Frameworks Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Pci-Dss.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security, Vulnerability Management, And Data Protection.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Audiences.
