- Manage supplier relationships to ensure high quality and cost-effective products and services.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through effective negotiation and supplier management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into the sourcing strategy.
- Prepare and present sourcing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior sourcing team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

Extensive Experience In Technology Sourcing: A Senior Sourcing Manager At Mckinsey & Company Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Technology Sourcing Processes, Including Supplier Selection, Contract Negotiation, And Vendor Management. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Technology Sourcing Projects.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Sourcing Manager, The Individual Must Be Able To Think Strategically And Develop Innovative Solutions To Complex Sourcing Challenges. This Includes Conducting Market Analysis, Identifying Potential Risks, And Developing Contingency Plans.
