  1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for our clients in the technology industry.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sourcing opportunities and suppliers.
  3. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of goods and services.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products and services.
  6. Monitor and track supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology sourcing to continuously improve our processes and strategies.
  8. Provide guidance and support to junior sourcing team members.
  9. Communicate and present sourcing strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards in all sourcing activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Technology Market Trends: A Senior Sourcing Manager At Mckinsey & Company Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Developments In The Technology Market. This Includes A Comprehensive Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies, Industry Disruptions, And Market Dynamics.

  • Extensive Experience In Technology Sourcing: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Technology Sourcing, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm.
