- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sourcing opportunities and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products and services.
- Monitor and track supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology sourcing to continuously improve our processes and strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to junior sourcing team members.
- Communicate and present sourcing strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards in all sourcing activities.
Strong Understanding Of Technology Market Trends: A Senior Sourcing Manager At Mckinsey & Company Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Developments In The Technology Market.
