  1. Develop and implement technology sourcing strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of McKinsey & Company.
  2. Lead and manage the technology sourcing function, including overseeing a team of sourcing professionals.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their technology needs and priorities, and identify the best solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of the latest technology trends and offerings.
  5. Negotiate complex contracts with technology vendors to secure the most favorable terms and pricing for clients.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors to ensure smooth and successful partnerships.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze technology market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  8. Conduct cost and risk analyses to inform sourcing decisions and ensure optimal value for clients.
  9. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on sourcing activities and address any concerns or issues.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to technology sourcing.
  11. Train and mentor junior sourcing professionals to develop their skills and expertise.
  12. Collaborate with other departments within McKinsey & Company to align technology sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.
  13. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the technology sourcing function.
  14. Represent McKinsey & Company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Technology Sourcing, With A Focus On Software And Hardware Procurement.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Sourcing Projects, Including Negotiating Contracts And Managing Vendor Relationships.

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Industry Best Practices In Technology Sourcing, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Innovative Sourcing Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Computer Science. An Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Is Preferred.
