7. Manage the entire sourcing process, including RFPs, vendor assessments, negotiations, and contract management.
8. Work closely with other teams within McKinsey & Company to identify and pursue cross-functional sourcing opportunities.
9. Analyze and report on sourcing metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
10. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on sourcing strategies and decisions.
11. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with sourcing activities.
12. Represent McKinsey & Company as a subject matter expert in technology sourcing at industry events and conferences.
13. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve sourcing processes and tools.
14. Support the growth and development of the technology sourcing practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.
15. Proactively identify and pursue cost-saving and value-adding opportunities for clients through technology sourcing.
