  9. Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  10. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed upon deadlines.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  12. Continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies and tools.
  13. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks.
  14. Adhere to company and industry best practices and standards.
  15. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Sap Hana: A Senior Software Engineer At Mckinsey & Company Should Have A Strong Background In Sap Hana And Be Able To Demonstrate Their Proficiency In Designing, Developing, And Implementing Solutions Using This Technology.
