- Develop and implement software solutions using SAP Hana technologies for clients of McKinsey & Company.
- Collaborate with team members to design, develop and test new software features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Hana developments and trends in the industry.
- Analyze client requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations for the best software solutions.
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers on the team.
- Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure software quality and performance.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing software solutions.

- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of software solutions and processes.

Extensive Experience With Sap Hana: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience Working With Sap Hana, Including In-Depth Knowledge Of Its Architecture, Data Modeling, And Performance Optimization.
Strong Programming Skills: A Senior Software Engineer At Mckinsey & Company Must Possess Advanced Programming Skills In Languages Such As Sql, Python, And Java. They Should Also Have Experience With Software Development Frameworks And Tools Commonly Used In Sap Hana Projects.
Knowledge Of Enterprise Systems And Data Management: The Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Enterprise Systems And Data Management Principles, Including Data Warehousing, Etl Processes, And Data Governance. Experience Working With Large Datasets And Complex Data Structures Is Also Important.
