- Lead the delivery of software projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into software requirements and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact delivery.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical and project management expertise.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of software deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation in projects.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new software delivery opportunities.
- Represent McKinsey as a subject matter expert in software delivery and project management in client meetings and industry events.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process and efficiency enhancements.
- Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Software Delivery, Project Management, Or Consulting.
Strong Understanding Of Agile And Waterfall Methodologies, And Experience Implementing Them In Large-Scale Projects.
Familiarity With Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) And Project Management Tools Such As Jira, Trello, Or Asana.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
