  1. Lead the client arrangements and pricing team in developing and executing strategic plans to optimize client relationships and pricing strategies.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to make data-driven recommendations for pricing and contract structures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in pricing strategies across different departments and regions.
  4. Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for pricing and contract negotiations.
  5. Monitor and track the performance of pricing strategies and make adjustments as needed to achieve business objectives.
  6. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  7. Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  8. Communicate with senior leadership to provide updates, insights, and recommendations on pricing and client arrangements.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all pricing and arrangement decisions.
