- Develop and implement comprehensive ethics and compliance policies and procedures related to labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing compliance programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular trainings and workshops for employees at all levels to increase awareness and understanding of labor and employment laws and ethical business practices.
- Stay up-to-date on changes and updates in labor and employment laws and regulations and ensure the firm's policies and procedures remain in compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR and legal teams, to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead investigations into potential violations of labor and employment laws and ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
- Maintain a strong network of external resources, such as industry associations and legal experts, to stay informed and seek guidance on complex compliance issues.
- Analyze data and metrics to provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the effectiveness of the firm's compliance programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific compliance requirements and ensure adherence.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on compliance matters related to labor and employment laws.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Extensive Knowledge Of Labor And Employment Laws: A Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager At Mckinsey & Company Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Labor And Employment Laws At The Local, State, And Federal Levels. This Includes Laws Related To Discrimination, Harassment, Wages, Benefits, And Workplace Safety.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Compliance Programs Related To Labor And Employment. This Includes Conducting Risk Assessments, Creating Policies And Procedures, And Providing Training To Employees.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Employees, Management, And External Stakeholders.
