- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to employees and management on ethical and compliance standards related to labor and employment practices.
- Monitor and investigate any reported violations of labor and employment laws or ethical standards, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and legal, to address any potential compliance issues or concerns.
- Stay current on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations, and proactively communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to stay informed on best practices and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of ethics and compliance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the status of labor and employment compliance initiatives.
- Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity, diversity, and inclusivity within the organization.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Labor And Employment Law, With A Focus On Compliance And Ethics.
Strong Understanding Of Global Labor Laws And Regulations, Including Anti-Discrimination, Labor Rights, And Wage And Hour Laws.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs And Policies.
Experience Managing And Conducting Internal Investigations Related To Labor And Employment Matters.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Influence Decision-Making.
