We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager to join our team and oversee our Labor & Employment compliance program. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our firm adheres to all labor and employment laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.   1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all labor and employment laws and regulations.
  2. Monitor changes in labor and employment laws and provide guidance to the firm on necessary updates to policies and procedures.
  3. Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent interpretation and application of labor and employment laws and regulations.
  5. Provide training and education to employees and managers on labor and employment compliance requirements.
  6. Investigate and respond to any reported violations of labor and employment laws and regulations.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance activities and reports.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and government agencies related to labor and employment compliance.
  9. Analyze data and prepare reports to present to senior management on compliance trends and areas of improvement.
  10. Collaborate with the firm's Diversity and Inclusion team to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace in compliance with labor and employment laws.
  11. Oversee the development and implementation of ethical business practices and policies within the firm.
  12. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all matters related to labor and employment compliance.
  13. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  14. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in labor and employment compliance.
  15. Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Labor And Employment Compliance, Preferably In A Large, Multinational Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Anti-Discrimination, Wage And Hour, And Employee Privacy Laws.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Compliance Programs And Policies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
